CCTV-9 came to our school and gave oral English class for Grade 7 in the morning.The whole school conducted the final exam in the afternoon.In the evening, some teachers and students went to the Muslem High School bringing 200 mattresses back to school, and didn't come back untill 1:00 in the early morning.There were nine students of Grade 9 Class 1 attended this activity.

A student of Grade 7 Class 1 named Hu An Ren died of illness in the morning.

The Dandelion School held the first students graduation ceremony in the morning.In the afternoon, students of Grade 7 Class 3 and Class 4 took a visit to Qin Hua University.

Global Aware CEO Ms.Kimberly came to Dandelion to discuss volunteer service possibilities.

The students who will enroll to Dandelion with Grade 7 began their summer session classes.Ms.Ann Murphy brought 23 T-shirts and some toothpaste and tooth brushes to our school.After school we held a memory service about "Cherish Time, Love Our Life — to commemorate our student Hu An Ren".

China Institute vice director Mr.Chang Ya Wei paid a visit to our school in the morning to consult teaching support opportunities.Headmaster Dr.Zheng and Mr.Huang went to Beijing Kitchen and Bath Company to have a meeting.

17 students and 2 teachers from Boston College High School in the USA led by Mr.John McLoughlin came to our school to communicate with our students.

The Dandelion School held its 2006-2007 academic year second semester all teachers evaluation meeting.The training topic was "Ordinary People's Cause and Sentiment".The training started with watching video of professor Yu Dan's <The Analects of Confucius>"the way of a gentleman"at 1:30 pm.

In the morning, teachers watched video of professor Yu Dan's < the Analects of Confucius >"the way of ideal" and shared with everyone their own dreams and role models.In the evening, we had collective activity and nominated "Teachers of Excellency" Award for this semester.

In the morning session, we discussed the goals of next semester at respective grade, and summarized the overall training outcome and expectation and gave prizes.In the afternoon, teachers went to visit Long Qin Xia and went back to the school in the evening.

Grade 6 students who are intended to enroll to Dandelion School took the entrance examination in the morning and the school sent off admission notice to the students.

More than 30 students of China Institute came to our school for community activity to help with tidy up the dormitory and brushed the back wall of the dormitory.

Volunteers of Beijing Normal University came to school.Students from Hong Kong University also came and lived in our school.19 teachers and students from Green Hill High School arrived Dandelion.In the afternoon at 14:00 pm, we held a meeting to welcome all people took part in the summer camp.Ms.Liu Yan Jun started the teacher training of teachers and volunteers.

Happy Dandelion English Summer Camp III grand opening ceremony was held.In the morning, Entrepreneurs Association and Association of Health Secretary-General Mr.Zhou came to school.

All camp participants went to the Palace Museum to visit.

In the afternoon, big friends from New Path Endowment, Chen Jing Jing, Liu Ning, and Lu Lu came to school.

Early morning, the teachers and students of Green Hill High School left Dandelion.In the morning, Mr.Fang Ming, chairman of the Tao Xing Zhi Organization came to our school and complimented away the epigraph to school —"The World Is Filled with Love", and "What We Teach Is To Teach How To Seek for Truth; What We Learn Is To Learn How to Be A Real Person with Dignity." In the afternoon, Ms.Zhang Wen Jing, Beijing Peker International Education Consultation Limited Company came to school and decided to invite 25 students and 2 - 3 teachers to participate in "The American Town" English summer camp.

In the morning, staff from the JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.came to school and attended the parents meeting.In the afternoon, the teachers' delegation of the China Institute came to school for a visit and donated 3, 600 RMB to Dandelion.
