一、腾空飞脚(Vacated Feijiao 

 

动作说明
并步站立,右脚上步,左腿向前上摆腿,右脚蹬地跃起,身体腾空,两臂由下向前,向头上摆起,右手背迎击左手掌,在空中,右腿向前上方摆起,脚面绷直,右手迎击右脚面,同时左腿屈膝,收控于右腿侧 ,脚面绷直,脚尖向下。.

要求
右腿起跳要有爆发力;在腾空最高点完成响动作,拍击动作连续,准确,响亮;在

空中,上体正直,微向前倾,不要坐臀。

易犯错误和纠正方法:
1)右腿蹬伸和左腿踢摆脱节,动作不协调。

2)起跳后,上体过于前俯,坐臀,致使重心下坠。
纠正方法:可多做行进间的单拍脚练习,强调上体正直,降低腾空高度,掌握正确动作后,

逐步加大腾空高度,完成空中造型。

二、旋风脚(Tornado feet

 

动作说明:
高虚步亮掌。左脚向左上步,同时左掌前推。右脚随即上步踏跳(脚尖内扣),左臂随上步向下摆动并屈肘收至右胸前,同时右臂向上,向前抡摆,上体向右旋转前俯。左腿提起向左上方摆动,上体向左上方翻转,同时两臂向下,向左上方抡摆,身体旋转一周,右腿做里合腿击响,左腿自然下垂。

要点

易犯错误和纠正方法
1)上下脱节,转体角度不够,动作不协调。
纠正方法:多做不加腿法的转体360°翻身跳练习,提高身体的旋转能力。
2)两腿在空中摆动时屈膝,坐臀。
纠正方法:多做转身左外摆一右里会的腿法练习,在练习中强调伸膝的正确姿态。
3)跳起后上体后仰。
纠正方法:在提左膝,右腿单脚跳转360°的练习中,强调上体直立、头部上项。

2)上跳时,里合扣左腿。
3)右腿外摆成扇形,上体微前倾。两手依次击拍右脚面。
